Panada step by step
- Buat kulit, campur, terigu, gula, ragi instan, telur, santan dimasukan sedikit2 sampai dirasa cukup kemudian masukan mentega & garam ulemi sampai kalis lalu diamkan 30mnt..
- Buat isian, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan daun jeruk, kemudian masukan ikan tongkol.yg sdh disuwir2. Tambahkan bumbu2 & santan aduk trs sampai matang & mengering.
- Bagi2 adonan kulit @25gr,bulatkan lakukan sampai selesai. Ambil satu bulatan gilas lalu beri isian tutup.setengah lingkaran bentuk seperti pastel lakukan sampai selesai.
- Goreng panada diminyak yg sdh panas dgn api sedang sampai kecoklatan dikedua sisinya lalu tiriskan.
