Panada step by step

  1. Buat kulit, campur, terigu, gula, ragi instan, telur, santan dimasukan sedikit2 sampai dirasa cukup kemudian masukan mentega & garam ulemi sampai kalis lalu diamkan 30mnt..
  2. Buat isian, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan daun jeruk, kemudian masukan ikan tongkol.yg sdh disuwir2. Tambahkan bumbu2 & santan aduk trs sampai matang & mengering.
  3. Bagi2 adonan kulit @25gr,bulatkan lakukan sampai selesai. Ambil satu bulatan gilas lalu beri isian tutup.setengah lingkaran bentuk seperti pastel lakukan sampai selesai.
  4. Goreng panada diminyak yg sdh panas dgn api sedang sampai kecoklatan dikedua sisinya lalu tiriskan.
