- Prepare of Bahan roti.
- You need of terigu protein tinggi.
- It's of ragi instan.
- You need of gula pasir.
- Prepare of susu bubuk.
- Prepare of garam.
- It's of kuning telur.

- It's of air mineral dingin.
- You need of Bahan Isian.
- Prepare of ikan tuna / dada ayam rebus dg sedikit garam dan suir².

Panada step by step
- Aduk semua bahan roti kecuali garam dan margarin masukkan air es dan telur aduk sampai mengumpal tambahkan margarin dan garam aduk adonan sampai kalis.
- Istirahat kan adonan ±15 menit. Potong adonan @40 gr bulatkan kembali.
- Istirahat kan 15 menit lg bentuk dan beri isian. Diamkan 60 menit lg dan goreng sampai matang.
- Bahan isian : tumis bumbu halus sampai harum masukkan ikan/ayam,daun jeruk, santan, sereh dan kemangi dan bumbu lainx tumis sampai mengering. Angkat siap tuk di isi di roti.
