- You need 4 lbr of roti tawar.
- It's 50 gr of keju cheddar.
- It's 750 ml of susu cair.
- Prepare 1 bks of agar2 plain.
- Prepare 2 sdm of tepung maizena.
- Prepare 4 sdm of gula pasir.
- It's 4 sdm of skm.
- Prepare 50 gr of wcc / coklat batang putih.
- It's of Topping : skm, keju parut, marie regal.
Puding Cheese Cake step by step
- Potong2 roti tawar, kemudian masukan kedalam blender/chopper.
- Masukan keju dan susu cair secukupnya, lalu blender / chopper hingga halus.
- Masukan agar2, gula pasir dan tepung maizena.
- Masukan sisa susu cair, dan tambahkan skm.
- Masak hingga mengental dan meletup2 lalu masukan wcc dan aduk hingga wcc nya larut.
- Tuang kedalam loyang, biarkan set, boleh simpan kedalam kulkas jika suhu panasnya sudah hilang.
- Keluarkan dari loyang, olesi dgn skm dan tambahkan topping.
- Potong2 dan sajikan.
