  2. You need of kelapa besar ambil santannya sekitar 6 liter.
  3. You need of daun jeruk.
  4. You need of daun salam.
  5. It's of serai.

  7. You need of sdkm gula pasir.
  8. It's of bubuk kunyit.

Nasi Tumpeng step by step

  1. Masak santan yg sudah diperas, masukkan daun jeruk, daun salam, serai, garam, gula, bubuk kunyit..masak sampai mendidih, jgn sampai pecah santan agar rasa pulut kuning ttp enak.
  2. Masak beras di kukusan, masukkan garam 1 sdkt, pegang beras, kira2 udah kering beras, tuang santan merata, diaduk aduk...tutup biarkan sekitar 10 menit.
  3. Kira2 10 menit liat kembali nasi, kira2 kurang matang, masukkan santan kembali, diaduk2..tutup kembali sampai matang.
