- You need of beras.
- You need of kelapa besar ambil santannya sekitar 6 liter.
- You need of daun jeruk.
- You need of daun salam.

Nasi Tumpeng step by step
- Masak santan yg sudah diperas, masukkan daun jeruk, daun salam, serai, garam, gula, bubuk kunyit..masak sampai mendidih, jgn sampai pecah santan agar rasa pulut kuning ttp enak.
- Masak beras di kukusan, masukkan garam 1 sdkt, pegang beras, kira2 udah kering beras, tuang santan merata, diaduk aduk...tutup biarkan sekitar 10 menit.
- Kira2 10 menit liat kembali nasi, kira2 kurang matang, masukkan santan kembali, diaduk2..tutup kembali sampai matang.
