- Kukus kentang dan blender dengan santan hingga halus (saya hancurkan kentang pke foodprocessor jadi tinggal dicampur dengan santan).
- Mixer telur dan gula hingga tercampur rata.
- Masukkan bahan kering (tepung terigu, vanili, garam) sambil diayak. Kemudian aduk rata (mixer speed rendah).
- Masukkan kentang blender dan margarin cair, aduk rata.
- Panaskan cetakan, oles sedikit margarin kemudian tuang adonan Beri kismis diatasnya, tunggu hingga lumpur matang dan sajikan.
