  3. You need 1/2 sdt of gula pasir.

  6. Prepare 2 butir of telur.
  7. It's 160 gr of gula pasir.
  8. Prepare of Bahan C.
  9. You need 250 gr of tepung terigu.
  10. You need 250 ml of santan (65ml santan instan+air).
  11. It's 1/2 sdt of garam.
  12. It's 1/2 sdt of vanilla essense.
  13. You need 85 gr of margarin (cairkan).
  14. You need secukupnya of Pewarna kuning.

  1. Campurkan bahan A aduk rata dan diamkan selama 10menit.
  2. Kocok bahan B hingga mengembang (cukup menggunakan wishk aja).
  3. Masukkan bahan A kedalam bahan B, kemudian masukkan juga tepung terigu, santan.
  4. Masukkan juga garam, vanilla essense aduk hingga rata.
  5. Terakhir tambahkan margarine dan pewarna kuning aduk rata lagi hingga semuanya tercampur merata.
  6. Diamkan selama 1-2jam.
  7. Panaskan loyang dan olesi dg sedikit margarine, tuang adonan 3/4 dari cetakan kemudian tutup loyang biarkan hingga setengah matang.
  8. Kemudian beri toping dan tutup lg masak hingga matang.
  9. Pukis Nangka Siap disajikan.
