- Prepare 150 g of tepung beras.

- Masukkan rebusan air gula kedalam campuran tepung beras. Aduk rata. Biarkan hingga hangat. Lalu masukkan ragi instan, minyak sayur. Tutup dgn serbet / plstik diamkan 3-4 jam.
