  2. Siapkan bumbu halus, lalu di lumuri ke paha ayam dengan kecap dan lada bubuk hingga merata.
  3. Siapkan wajan, masukkan paha ayam, tambahkan air, daun salam, daun jeruk dan garam, aduk sampai tercampur rata, lalu masak sampai air asat.
  4. Panggang paha ayam di teflon yang di olesi margarin sampai setiap sisinya matang kecoklatan, sambil lumuri ayam dengan sisa bumbu.
  5. Angkat dan sajikan ayam bakar kalasan bersama lalapan + sambal.
